How Our Outsourcing Process Works

Our 8 Step Outsourcing Process
1. Consultation
Learning about your business is an important part of our process. We want to understand how your company works and what your specific needs are. Part of this process includes reviewing your job description. This helps us get a clear picture of the skills and experience you're looking for in a candidate.
2. Proposal
We understand that you need a great team, and you need it fast. That's why we offer a detailed proposal for your team in the Philippines within 5 days. We begin recruitment as soon as the proposal is approved, and most positions are filled within 15-30 days.
3. Agreement
The next step is to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and Outsourcing agreement (minimum 6 months term). Once this process is completed, we will move on to the next step, which is making a deposit.
4. Recruitment
Our recruitment and assessment methods are very sophisticated. The client is always welcome to do the final interview. If you would like to conduct the final interview, you can interview the finalists using video conferencing. Once you have made your decision, we will work with you to schedule a start date and provide training.
5. Team Starts
Your Team starts working remotely for your company. Work is performed from our state-of-the-art offices in Naga City, Philippines. Our team is available 24/7/365 to offer customer and backend support.
6. Management
We're more than just a company that performs your processes. We're here to help you improve them, year after year. We will help you optimize your processes and make recommendations for additional opportunities in your business. You'll also be assigned a dedicated Client Liaison who will act as a go-between for the duration of our partnership.
7. Performance Reviews
Performance reviews are an important way for us to check in with each team member and make sure that they - and the team as a whole - are meeting your expectations. We'll do these reviews every 30, 60, and 90 days. This will help ensure that you're always happy with our work.
8. Scale
