It means we recruit agents who already understand your vertical, train them on your specific tools and processes, and keep them on your account long enough to build real expertise. It’s not a script tweak. It’s a different recruiting and training pipeline. We’ve been running it for fifteen years across nine verticals.

02My industry is not on your list. Does that mean you cannot help?

It means we haven’t built a dedicated playbook for it yet. We can almost always still help. Our generalist team supports the verticals listed in our “we also serve” pills, plus many one-off industries we’ve learned over the years. The honest answer comes after a 30-minute discovery call. If we can’t serve you well, we’ll say so.

03How long does it take to ramp an industry-specialized team?

Two to three weeks for most verticals, including hiring, equipping, and training. Healthcare and insurance can take three to four weeks because of compliance certifications. Compare that to six to eight weeks for a generalist team learning your industry from scratch.

04What about compliance? HIPAA, PCI, GDPR.

HIPAA is part of healthcare onboarding for every agent on a healthcare account. PCI awareness is included for any team handling card data. GDPR is included for any team supporting EU customers. We don’t bill compliance training separately. It’s included in standard agent onboarding, built into your monthly rate.

05Can your team work inside our existing tools?

Yes. We work inside your CRM, your ticketing system, your dialer, your phone system, and your knowledge base. Our agents log into your stack the same way your in-house team does. The whole point of fully managed outsourcing is that we adapt to your tools, not force you onto ours.

06How small can an industry-specialized team be?

Three agents is our minimum across every vertical. Three is the smallest team that lets us include a Team Leader (1 leader to 15 agents ratio, included free) and still give you continuity if one person is out. Most clients start at three to five and scale from there.
