Digital Minds BPO celebrated Women’s Month with a colorful 5-day event from March 10 to 15, 2025. The activities took place at its Naga offices located in Greenwood, Magsaysay, and J. Miranda Avenue, Naga City.
The 5-day celebration consisted of art, poetry, and inspiring stories from Digital Minds BPO’s female leaders. All employees participated in the daily trivia focused on influential female figures in the Philippines and all over the world. Local and international support teams also showcased their creativity in the Desk Decoration Contest.
Team Leaders Venus Bomanglag and Faye Rañada shared inspiring insights on being hardworking women, balancing their jobs with support for their loved ones, and setting an example for other women in different fields.
Digital Minds BPO’s official online hub was flooded with heartwarming stories, poems, and tributes from employees. Freedom Wall entries honored mothers, grandmothers, sisters, mentors, and other influential women in their lives.

The 5-day event ended with beautifully decorated bays and stations at both sites, and Team Gelo and Team Bag Broker of J.Miranda office tied for first place in the Best Desk Contest. In the Freedom Wall contest, Ms. Venus Bomanglag won first place with her heartfelt poem “Part of Me Is You,” dedicated to her mother.
